Had a problem with my travel insurance 2 weeks before flying out so very stressed but Elias was able to assist me until the issue was resolved. Elias kept in contact with me via email and phone to update me every step of the way.
Elias was easy to talk to, patient and very helpful.
Only negative thing is having to wait 1-2 hours on the phone to talk to someone but glad they're available 24/7.
