Great value for money and customer service. The booking process was effortless and everything was covered. This is my type of holiday, the whole family enjoyed it. I’m looking for our next family holiday with Luxury Escapes.

After ringing platinum group Jennifer was so helpful getting my credit refunded , to be honest I wasn’t expecting such great service so extremely impressed with how Jennifer handled the situation

only concern was the time it took to confirm the credit . given the due date 16/1/2023 had past . Other wie service very good

Well I have found the 2 times that I have had to call the girls on the phone have been lovely and helpful. The only thing that upset me is how The Hyatt in Brisbane declined my daughter in laws booking as they said they had there quota. I know this is not Luxury Escapes fault, but I think things like this should never happen once you purchase the accommodation. My credit was sent to me straight away so at least I didn't have to wait long for that. Please this is nothing against Luxury Escape as they have been really very good so

We had trouble tying to lock in dates on the website, so after ringing Luxury Escapes and speaking with Dilara, she was able to sort it out for us and confirm the correct dates. Nothing was a problem and she was extremely helpful

Josephine was very helpful in resolving my problem. I did not receive the voucher for dining that was included in my package, and I was becoming quite anxious about it. However, I have now received it, and I thank Josephine sincerely for her assistance.

Portia, Listened to my explanation and despite being well outside the time limit for alterations took care of everything on my behalf. I would recommend LE to my friends. My only complasint is that this is the second time I have had to give this review.

Everything was amazing except at the Hotel ,there was certain limitations on meals that was not fair for the price we paid.

All great. Some of the meals included details are a bit lacking ie meals included should be stated as hotels limited menu not full la carte

Because of COVID we postponed twice before being able to travel. Each time it was no problem changing the dates. Great stuff. A day excursion we had booked was not conveyed to the company. But a refund was organised promptly. Very good service that’s why we use luxury escapes.

Suzi D. was excellent, professional and followed up promptly. She deserves 5 stars. Had to cancel a trip but Suzi arranged for travel credit promptly. She was helpful and pleasant. I took 1 star off as it is very hard to reach Luxury Escapes via phone. But I felt it was much better to talk to a live person via phone than via email.
