Well I have found the 2 times that I have had to call the girls on the phone have been lovely and helpful. The only thing that upset me is how The Hyatt in Brisbane declined my daughter in laws booking as they said they had there quota. I know this is not Luxury Escapes fault, but I think things like this should never happen once you purchase the accommodation.
My credit was sent to me straight away so at least I didn't have to wait long for that.
Please this is nothing against Luxury Escape as they have been really very good so
