“I would have given 5 stars, but it took many hours for my Whats App to be answered (I’m hoping it was only because it is the weekend). When my time came, Brooke was very pleasant and extremely efficient in sorting out my problem. I’m very happy with the service!”

“I can only coment on the service so far as i am stil on the mainland. The booking went well, although i do not recall being advised how to, or what to expect when. Making my way by ferry. When i went to the ferry termanal i was adised to contact the island direct. When I did this Lisa indicated i would need to contact the ferry people direct. It was confusing to say the least. Lisa hung in there and handled my questions well. I just feel being advised how to transfer from the mainland when making the booking would help. Thank you, i look forward to enjoying my stay. Vic Smith”

“On arrival we discovered Hotel room was not ‘as advertised’. Contacted LE and spoke to Kam R who assisted us, together with very accomodating hotel management, into a room which met our expectations.”

“What was to be a dream holiday, turned into a nightmare ... seemingly without an end! I, too, felt like I would NEVER use, or recommend, LE to my worst enemies! Then along came Vinka. She is an Angel. Fabulous communicator and ALWAYS got back in touch. My hat is also off to Alex, who books flights. He too, has been a real pleasure. Two dream players in a team of very disappointing people!”

“We got Covid so couldn't travel. We called LE 2times before but the other consultants didn't help us, not even called back as promised so we were very disappointed and thought never book with Luxury Escape again. However when we tried 1 more time and lucky spoke to Andrew L. He is wonderful, professional and called back as promised and helped us to resolve the issue. Thanks to Andrew L, you're an asset to any company.”

“Love the boutique resort experiences - more regular options for families with inclusions would be great. It would be great to have payment options to make multiple instalments before the the due date.”

“Bella M was very polite and obliging in making inquiries on our behalf as to whether we could cancel a booking with one hotel in Bali and book into another one. Our request was refused by the hotel so we are disappointed but Bella’s service was very good.”
