I can only coment on the service so far as i am stil on the mainland. The booking went well, although i do not recall being advised how to, or what to expect when. Making my way by ferry. When i went to the ferry termanal i was adised to contact the island direct. When I did this Lisa indicated i would need to contact the ferry people direct. It was confusing to say the least. Lisa hung in there and handled my questions well. I just feel being advised how to transfer from the mainland when making the booking would help. Thank you, i look forward to enjoying my stay.
