it was just a shame on the delay from my initial inquiry due to such high volume of inquiries. I was on hold for 2.5hrs before I finally hung up and sent an email instead. it all turned out great in the end and I love these holiday specials and have used many deals and will continue to use Luxury escapes for my holidays. there is no better deals!
