We had holiday booked in Broadbeach in November, but couldn't go because the Queensland Government denied entry to visitors from Melbourne because of COVID restrictions (even to the fully vaccinated). As a result we needed to cancel our reservation, but found it impossible to do via the Scoopon call centre, despite holding for hours at a time over 10 days. By pure chance, I managed to connect to Jackie Worth via LinkedIn, and she was amazing. She took over managing the problem, and achieved a great outcome within 2 days. We are so grateful, especially since she did it on her birthday and on a public holiday in Melbourne. This has turned us from disgruntled to loyal Luxury Escapes supporters, looking forward to our next holiday. We couldn't praise Jackie for highly!

While Luxury Escapes is really hard to contact (we waited for call backs that didn't happen for 2 days), once you finally get to speak to someone everything changes. Jackie quickly and smoothly resolved the situation to our satisfaction in a 2 minute call.

Natalie from the flight support was most helpful and Ajan was also a great help. It has been quite challenging getting in touch with customer support in the last 6 days. I’ve waited over 3 hours x 4 times and every time I was no. 2 or 1 in the queue I got cut off. No one returned my call - left over 10 requests. But overall my frustration’s gone when I spoke to Natalie and another lady I spoke to at flight support helping me with my frequent flyer.

After numerous attempts, Korey was able to resolve the issue promptly and communicated in writing with the outcome. Thankyou Korey. However, I do want to give feedback at poor management of customer service. The on hold times is ridiculous, once I was caller 43 in the queue. Another time I was not offered a call back but rather a message stating it would be possible to return the call for the day. Numerous email attempts are unanswered. This is poor service and disappointing. As a longer time customer, I now have lost confidence in trusting booking future packages with LE. I understand COVID has played a big part, however I have noticed a deterioration of service slowly over the last 3 years. Thank you again Korey, it is a relief to get the matter sorted.

Luxury Escapes offered excellent offers, excellent price, no refunds after few days from booking date . Because of repeated lockdowns, I have difficulties in making new bookings, specially need to book in January 2022 school holidays, but that is the only time I can have my grandchildren. I was extremely lucky to have Jackie, she worked very hard to get me the reservations, and willing to do extra in making sure it is the deals we agreed on, for my peace of mind, despite of the huge work loads at the time. For a while, I was feeling very disappointed, thought I should never book through Luxury Escapes again , but Jackie made the difference.

Very pleased with Danielle's rescheduling of our booking after Peppers had been less than open with us about how Covid had affected the service they would be able to provide us. The only reason for a four, not five star rating was the long wait for a phone callback.

Our booking has been quite complicated because of Covid but Kat has been very helpful and nothing has been a trouble for her. She has kept us apprised at all times of how the changes due to Covid have affected our booking. Great job.

After spending most of the day calling the Customer Support line trying to speak to someone and being cut off several times while in the queue - I was contacted by Nik B on a call back. Despite the huge volume of calls and the pressure of the current situation, Nik was very patient, cheerful and friendly. He answered my questions very quickly reassuring me that I would be given a credit for the package I am unable to take due to Covid. I am very grateful that Nik arranged for a full credit with 18 months validity. Thank you Nik - wish all Customer Support were like you. Regards. Jennifer

Victoria has been prompt, polite and extremely helpful while we navigated our way through the changes required to my bookings. I couldn't have asked for more. So thankful and appreciative that I've been able to rebook my luxury escapes.

The Customer Service and Sales teams have been great to deal with in each transaction. This is especially relevant in relation to a cancellation and credit note which was managed by Eric in the customer service team.

Customer service has been very prompt and courteous. And actually answers the questions you have. I do a lot of dreaming when I read Luxury Escapes Tours and Offers. I like that they have some unusual offers - e.g Tour in Madagscar. The Escapes we have bought have been very reasonably priced for the quality. I will definitely use them again especially when lockdowns have finished. Thank you Marie.
