Natalie from the flight support was most helpful and Ajan was also a great help.
It has been quite challenging getting in touch with customer support in the last 6 days. I’ve waited over 3 hours x 4 times and every time I was no. 2 or 1 in the queue I got cut off.
No one returned my call - left over 10 requests.
But overall my frustration’s gone when I spoke to Natalie and another lady I spoke to at flight support helping me with my frequent flyer.
