After spending most of the day calling the Customer Support line trying to speak to someone and being cut off several times while in the queue - I was contacted by Nik B on a call back. Despite the huge volume of calls and the pressure of the current situation, Nik was very patient, cheerful and friendly. He answered my questions very quickly reassuring me that I would be given a credit for the package I am unable to take due to Covid.
