Because of repeated lockdowns, I have difficulties in making new bookings, specially need to book in January 2022 school holidays, but that is the only time I can have my grandchildren. I was extremely lucky to have Jackie, she worked very hard to get me the reservations, and willing to do extra in making sure it is the deals we agreed on, for my peace of mind, despite of the huge work loads at the time.
