However, I do want to give feedback at poor management of customer service. The on hold times is ridiculous, once I was caller 43 in the queue. Another time I was not offered a call back but rather a message stating it would be possible to return the call for the day. Numerous email attempts are unanswered. This is poor service and disappointing. As a longer time customer, I now have lost confidence in trusting booking future packages with LE. I understand COVID has played a big part, however I have noticed a deterioration of service slowly over the last 3 years.
