Pullman Maldives is sensational. While it's a mission to get there, the travel is worth the destination. The villas over the water are beautifully appointed, the staff are attentive and there is good choice across the restaurants and bars. You can entertain yourself with the many free activities, or just relax at the villa/pool/beach. May was a good time to go for NZers - the per night cost was cheaper and while we had a couple of quick storms blow through, it was otherwise warm and sunny with many swims per day. The all-inclusive deal is an absolute winner! Would love to go back.

DON'T BOOK Booked a Northern Japan Luxury 4 star Small group tour with Luxury Escapes, only to find out on departure this tour had been subcontracted to Tomato Tours. On arrival we found out we were the only 2 people, Hotels changed to 3 star at best, 'guides' so called, have never been to the locations we visited dont know anything about Japan with very poor Japanese and English. Travelling by rented taxi to and from locations. Contact with Luxury Escapes when we call is very simpathic, but they don't call us back. NB: AUSTRALIANS NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WE FEEL ABANDED

We have been customers with Luxury Escapes for a while now. I would like to highlight that customer service exectuive - Samruddhi has been exeptional. Amazing selection of carefully chosen hotels. Stayed at kappa senses in Ubud and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Luxury escapes provided many extras we couldn't get elsewhere including meals, massages, transfers all included in price. We will use them on our next trip.

The Haven. Khoa Lak - Thailand. Thanks, team for a great holiday. It was very easy to book and manage, plus at such attractive rates. As for the hotel, we had a 5-star holiday here. The resort was great, very clean and tidy. The pools are awesome. Highly recommend booking a poolside room. (It's worth it!!) I thought the restaurant food was just as good as on the street and similar price. We rented a scooter which I also recommend as a quick and easy way to explore as the resort is a little out of town. If you are really picky you may find things to comment on, but overall I would highly recommend "The Haven"

Used Luxury for our first trip to Cancun and stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Wow! What service from the moment we walked through the doors! The staff were amazing and the food out of world. Definitely going to use Luxury for our next trip!

We are long standing supporters of Luxury Escapes since your inception. We are currently on one of your Escapes at The Benson in Cairns and have to tell you that it’s less than satisfactory. One of the key elements was two drinks at the bar each of our five nights stay but it turns out the bar is closed for three of these! First night we were told just quite your room at the bar and all will be ok. Not! He charged our room as we didn’t have the vouchers but we eventually sorted this. Had to call reception at 3pm to get our room made up and when we went the second night for drinks we were told to move from one place to the next because of other functions. Same for breakfast on Mother's Day, we got the distinct feeling that we were an inconvenience for them as in house guests. Not a place for Luxury Escapes!!

I don’t even know where to start. From the reception to the views, this hotel left us speechless; from Ingyin, Pubudu to Shifa, Kasun, Gracia, Agus, and so on, we never felt so welcome by a hotel staff! The food and culinary scene for Mercure, made us want to try each single plate, and till today we can’t taste it. The wild life that surrounds us was the golden ticket to our stay, dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, fishes that you won’t even imagine they have existed, you can see them form your ocean villa. You can get snorkels during your stay and enjoy exploring the under life!!!!!! Each morning, waking up to the view of a calm ocean, clear like crystal, what else can you ask for? I could go and on, just let me tell you … YOU MUST DO THIS TRIP AND MUST STAY IN MERCURE KOODOO ❤️

Raffles hotel Dubai I book this hotel normally twice a year and can’t fault anything about it.The staff are very professional in every department especially the club lounge which is fantastic value for money.I have stayed in different 5 star hotels in Dubai and this in my opinion is the best by far and will continue to book it with luxury travel as they are excellent and easy to deal with.Robert
