“Disappointing, the luxury escape 7 day package was not as portrayed on site. Room was equivalent to more a 2 star hotel than 5 star hotel. View was a galvanised roof and rubbish area,not even a glimpse of pool or ocean. Booked by my husband. Have photos but unable to upload.”

“They find real gems in the heart of the city! Como Metropolitan, Singapore was just the ideal hotel for our 10th anniversary and our child's 5th birthday celebrations. Luxurious modern hotel with amazing rooms and staff. Keep up the good work!”

“Easy booking process. Luxury inclusions on offer with certain deals is fantastic. Recently completed a stay at Paradox Resort in Karon Beach, Thailand and the inclusions were superb. Have used Luxury Escapes twice now (Rome and Thailand) and another booked for 2025 to Porto in Portugal, again with really good inclusions and great value for money.”

“This is our first booking through Luxury Escapes: a 3 week at at Nora Buri in Koh Samui. We loved it. From our own private pool to the gym to the most kind and generous staff members. We would highly recommend it!”

“First time using luxury escapes and was not disappointed. We got a great deal for the Banyan tree in Bangkok and the extras included in the package were super useful. Easy and straightforward to make the booking, no issues whatsoever. I would suggest to always check against other online providers to make sure you are getting the best deal if you have a particular hotel in mind but sometimes they really do have amazing offers here. Just waiting now to find my next holiday destination on Luxury escapes!”

“This company is awful to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are difficult to contact, nobody seems to know what’s going on. Incompetence all round. Failed to book us on a direct flight from SA to VIC Falls so we ended up having a 1 1/2 hour travel time become a 6 hr one. We are booked to fly into one airport but itinerary says another airport so I have no idea if our transfer will be there. We haven’t been able to contact the on ground contact person for the entire 10 days we have been here. We have had to sort their incompetence out by ourselves even though we paid a premium for this trip. Spend you money elsewhere this company doesn’t deserve your custom. If I could do a NO star I would had to give it one star so I could review them”

“What a glorious stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran Villa with a Luxury Escape Package. I booked on line and had no issues. I was kept well informed as the travel date became closer. My only disappointment is that you can no longer collect Qantas points through LE.”

“It’s so crazy that the first time I became aware of Luxury Escapes, I thought it must be something dodgy. Then I came across somebody who had travelled with them and was raving about them so I booked my very first one to Thailand. So I was very anxious indeed about going that far for the first time on what I considered to be a dodgy company. So I’m telling you that everything that is offered is what you get. I was astounded at the quality of the accommodation on our first trip, and all the extras that came along with it. I thought we might be treated differently because we were on a Luxury Escapes package but no that is definitely not the case. Last week I just came back from my 12th holiday with Luxury Escapes and this time I took friends and they are all waiting for me to book another holiday for them , where we can travel together again on these great packages. Now two years ago or 18 months ago, I’m not sure what but I made a booking for a friend of myself to go into state in Australia and I booked the accommodation for one month, and when I booked the flights, I booked the wrong month . I was sitting on the couch and I had this epiphany all of a sudden that I’ve done something wrong and I had a look and realised I had stuffed up big time. I immediately got onto Luxury Escapes, and I often if it’s busy will just send a message through messenger and you get a very quick response. Long story short of me panicking and this whole thing was fixed by the next day flights and everything I could not believe it. Anyway I cannot and I stress cannot recommend this company enough. When I travel overseas, I do all of my stopovers using Luxury Escapes to have a mini break for three or four days in whatever country it is, and it’s very cost-effective. And they are always luxurious accommodation that I’ve booked. I have three more currently booked in. In fact next week I am on another one up in Northern New South Wales for three nights , as I make my way to northern Queensland. I can’t wait. So thank you Luxury Escapes you’re an absolute gem”

“We had booked a resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, in October’24 based on recommendations from friends.Sadly, was devastating to be advised by Luxury Escapes that the resort was closing In October & thus our booking would be cancelled. However, with great assistance from Lauren S & Riley L, they were able to provide us with a list of alternate venues that matched our pre paid flight dates and gave us similar benefits. We eventually settled on another resort in Nusa Dua, which was actually cheaper! Special thanks to Lauren S & Riley L for their professionalism in helping us through this difficult process. We just hope that the reality matches the promises of the alternate venue as this is our first trip to Bali.”
