“I've used Luxury Escapes on numerous occasions because the deals are very good AND more importantly the people who deal with any issues (like Josephine S) do so quickly, efficiently and in an extremely positive manner. Great businesses are built on the quality product, professional staff and attention to detail. I'm a very satisfied customer.”

“I have purchased numerous holidays and generally have been very happy , however at times follow up with questions / transfers & other services has been a little difficult . I recently had a few questions , a final payment issue & transfers to coordinate . I was fortunate to get through to Josephine S and her customer service skills were amazing . She assisted me in every way she could , gave sound advice , contacted our holiday venue with requests , assisted with transfers and even called to relay her outcomes and ask if any more assistance was required . She was outstanding and it was refreshing to see the quality customer service of old LE has returned . I was extremely appreciative and feel very confident that our special Xmas family holiday will be excellent . Wonderful customer service , thank you”

“Many thanks to Will from your Service Centre for resolving several issues including a problem where I had been set up with two accounts and the inadequate communications received from your associated transit company who need to lift their level of communications after making a booking.”

“We had to change the dates for our holiday. Will contacted the Mercure and arranged everything. He rang back promptly to inform us that all was sorted satisfactorily. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who enjoyed helping customers.”

“Will and Adam from customer support and sales respectively saved our trip to the Gold Coast. We were denied check in at our original hotel for poor reasoning and Will expertly reassured a very stressed me and in collaboration with Adam helped relocate us and compensate us for the hassle. Incredible customer service”

“I had a terrible experience. Their “free cancellation” is not free at all. In their website they say that it is full refund, but the insurance is not. And this is not clear on the website when you book your accommodation. I lost 500 dollars because of this. I don't recommend this website at all.”

While we do offer free cancellations, as stated for your particular booking, our insurance policy does have certain terms and conditions. We would like to clarify that refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if there are no pending claims. This information is mentioned in the policy cover available at the time of booking. “We have enjoyed many holidays with L E and cannot fault. We were able to transfer trips to within Queensland during covid. I just had to change a booking only 3 days before a trip and Wil helped perfectly within minutes. Great staff member.”
