“I had to make a change to my booking that needed to be done quickly. Will in customer service was fantastic and had it done very quickly. I always have a great experience with Luxury Escapes. Thanks so much to Will for sorting out my problem!!”

“We received an email before we left for our overseas holiday that our flight home had changed times and Bonita was very helpful to assure we had our new e-tickets emailed to us and made the process very pleasant and easy.”

“Booked a non refundable booking and found out not a week later that the hotel is offering the same for 2k cheaper. Best price guarantee was not applicable because 1. Non refundable booking - what ?!? 2. Only applies to NON Lux or ultra LUX collection - what?!? Totally understand if it’s a few hundred difference but 2k for a 7 night stay is just a joke.”
