Booked a non refundable booking and found out not a week later that the hotel is offering the same for 2k cheaper.
Best price guarantee was not applicable because
1. Non refundable booking - what ?!?
2. Only applies to NON Lux or ultra LUX collection - what?!?
Totally understand if it’s a few hundred difference but 2k for a 7 night stay is just a joke.
