I have purchased numerous holidays and generally have been very happy , however at times follow up with questions / transfers & other services has been a little difficult . I recently had a few questions , a final payment issue & transfers to coordinate . I was fortunate to get through to Josephine S and her customer service skills were amazing . She assisted me in every way she could , gave sound advice , contacted our holiday venue with requests , assisted with transfers and even called to relay her outcomes and ask if any more assistance was required . She was outstanding and it was refreshing to see the quality customer service of old LE has returned . I was extremely appreciative and feel very confident that our special Xmas family holiday will be excellent . Wonderful customer service , thank you
