Luxury Escape customer service is appalling I have been trying to contact the office for 4 days and all i get is a recorded message saying that they will ring me back & eventually when some one does contact me they inform me that my query relates to a cruse and that is a different department which dont have a phone service and all they can do is send them an Email and at some stage they will get in touch with me in the mean time they have over $9,000 of my money, what a scam
