This is the first time we have booked a hotel through Luxury Escapes and we have to say that everything worked out with our booking. The hotel description was as mentioned on the website and no unforeseen surprises appeared during the stay or at check-out. The company has a very large selection of fantastic hotels per location so it is not easy to choose a hotel. We had contact with customer service on one occasion and they provided exemplary service. We can highly recommend this company. We will definitely be back.
