We booked two consecutive holidays through LE and we were very happy with both Resorts. Centara Reserve Samui was the stand out resort. We have traveled a lot over time and this was the best Resort by far. Definitely 5 star. The room was modern and well equipped, breakfast was varied and very tasty. But what made it was the staff. Friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The resort on Koh Phangang probably is in need of a makeover. But overall it was still a very pleasant stay. And once again the staff were a delight. There was some confusion about the the transit arrangements between the resorts and the airport but all was sorted satisfactorily by LE and the resorts. Overall it was a great two weeks inThailand. Great value for money and the service from LE has been great as always.
