Awful service. Difficult to get through. No response after emailing. Purchased a 2 adult +3 kids in Le meridien Khaolak which clearly specified the number of kids but when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that only 2 kids are included in the package which was DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS STATED in the voucher. emailed them- zero response. Hotel tried them - zero response to date!
