Being trying to contact LE for the-past 2 days. Waited on the phone for hours with no answer. Tried the call back option still no call back. Tried email with the usual reply that they are very busy. Tested positive for Covid19 and looking to see what the situation is with my accommodation that I booked through LE. British Airways issued an evoucher within an hour. Tried LE again this morning and 99th in a queue. I give up.
