Since Covid began and I had to rearrange various Luxury Escapes, all the staff I've dealt with have been wonderful and very efficient at handling my numerous changes. The latest of these due to the flooding in and around Brisbane was last night with Will. He acted promptly on my circumstances and achieved the result I was hoping for. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxury Escapes to family and friends.
