I have been a member of Platinum LE for some time now and have purchased domestic and international packages over that time. Up until now I have communicated with either Saskia or Lucy and their customer service was always exemplary. Over the last week I have had to make some changes and additions to my booking for August and I have had the great pleasure of working with Natalie. From my first point of contact I felt confident that once again I was in very capable and professional hands. She has been prompt and efficient with her responses and has attended to my questions and requests very effectively. I am very happy with the outcomes Natalie has been able to achieve for me.
