Will. B provided excellent customer service, he listened to my issue which was credit that was due to expire as we had been unable to use it with 2 years of covid restrictions.
Will was understanding of the situation and promptly extended the expiry date so we now have a chance to use it.
Will was friendly and polite despite being crazy busy and it was very much appreciated.
