Every time I try to contact customer service I wait about two hours then the phone hangs up on me.
I stayed at a hotel then had to leave a day early due to getting food poisoning at the resort. The hotel manager gladly tried to refund me but couldn't because they said I booked with Luxury Escapes and to contact them for a refund. I have been trying to contact Luxury Escapes and I keep getting blown off. I want my money. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY.
I have also gotten hit with a $300 phone bill as they are based in Australia and I live in the US. They call you on the AUS phone line.
