When I arrived at my accommodation I found that two apartments had somehow been booked in my name instead of one. I immediately rang Luxury Escapes who put me in the line of callers and rang me back when my turn came. Nick M was so helpful and contacted the vendor straight away. My friend and I had decided that instead if asking for a refund we would request that the second booking be made for later in the year. Nick M contacted the apartment management with this suggestion, they immediately agreed abd the booking was made. I had the confirmation if this booking within 24 hours. Great service from Nick M and the vendor with an outcome that satisfied all involved. I'm more than happy with the service received, the timely manner in which everything happened and Nick Mrs help.
