Jackie was both efficient and concerned about my predicament. My wife had contracted Covid and consequently we couldn’t go on our purchased 5 day break. We discussed alternatives and eventually she was able to find a solution that suited both myself and the vacation venue. Her communications were both timely and informative. I could not have asked for more.
