I sent an email regarding my trip to Vietnam which had to be cancelled by covid19. Ralph got back to me on Friday to let me know that the trip was still available and I could use it anytime before December 2023, this was excellent news because I have heard from other people that other Companies have not done the right thing, cheers Kerry
