Jennifer C was excellent. I was livid with Luxury Escapes because I was the 397th caller in the phone queue. Jennifer eventually called back and placated me very professionally. She very competently sorted out my my request and I was ‘Happy as Larry’ by the end of the matter. She’s a real asset to Luxury Escapes.
