I want to say how happy we were that Luxury Escapes were very kind and understanding. We were unable to use our holiday to Vietnam due to health issues and they were able to give us a credit to be used on a luxury escape holiday in Australia. Nic B was competent, pleasant and listened to our situation and was able help us out with our situation without any problems.
