Extremely happy with the customer service provided by Nik B. We had to postpone our escape to Cairns due to Covid and with the passing of time, a couple of experiences we had paid for were no longer available. Nik promptly escalated my request to receive a refund and the full amount was refunded into my bank account. Looking forward to our stay in Cairns next month. Thank you Nik and Luxury Escapes.
