Had a major issue with my holiday booking ,found out at the last minute that Jetstar had cancelled my flight.
Tried for almost a week to get this sorted through LE, phoned daily emailed a couple of times and invariably with hundreds of customers ahead of me in the queue, literally got nowhere until I came in contact with Jennifer C who was able to sort out the issue for me.
She was extremely efficient ,called back when she said she would
etc.
