Like many others, we had to cancel our escape to Fiji due to COVID. We contacted support and spoke with Josephine. Over the last week she has been liaising with the hotel and due to the high demand, it's been challenging to find alternative dates. However, today we have finally been successful in securing our escape. Josephine has been fantastic keeping us informed of progress and we're extremely grateful to her and for her professionalism.
