I cannot fault the level of service and help the team have provided me. Especially Kat and Andre. Trying to travel to NZ during covid has been a nightmare with the continual border changes. The goal posts have been continually moved and the luxury escapes team have followed up promptly with the hotel to find a suitable time for all involved. We just cross our fingers the world remains somewhat normal and we get across there once borders finally open. Cheers
