We had to make a late change to our booking due to Covid. Kylie was very helpful and empathetic to our predicament. She suggested a couple of options, that needed to be checked with the hotel first, and got back to us promptly. Kylie is a credit to the Luxury Escapes' team. Thank you again Kylie.
