I required a date change for the travel package I have booked as I needed to coincide my dates with my travelling party however there were no more available dates via Luxury Escape. I reached out to Luxury Escapes and was assisted by Lychota, who made the whole process easy and seamless. Lychota was very responsive and even though we did not manage to resolve this initially, she was patient and persevered until we achieved what we needed. Amazing customer service on Lychota’s part and this is why I continue to book holidays with Luxury Escapes!
