I had booked a trip to Japan, which unfortunately, because of Covid, was cancelled. After attempting to rebook for the following year, the site said 'no longer available'. After contacting Luxury Escapes, Raph took ownership of my booking and got it sorted. Japan, here we come, next year. Thank you Raph
