I made a booking for a trip to the Hunter Valley. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to Covid. We found out the day before we were to leave. Kylie from the support team contacted me after I sent an email as the phones were all very busy and could not contact them. Kylie was very helpful and all tuned out well.
