Natalie in the Platinum Club department was enormously helpful. Her assistance was invaluable. She responded promptly, and courteously to our problem. My husband and I were very impressed with her professionalism and the speed with which she resolved our booking issues following a change of date initiated by the Airlines. The Booking also involved her having to secure additional accommodation for us and our friends. Thank you so much Natalie.
