Luxury Escapes works brilliantly! We have booked with the company on several occasions, usually for hotels where we've stayed previously, and it's great to get the extras that don't normally accompany regular bookings. Recently I had to change a hotel booking twice, and Raph made the changes immediately and efficiently. He even went to the trouble of contacting me by phone, which was much appreciated.
