Customer service was amazing Danielle made our worries disappear as she credited our flights and accommodation within a day of taking off…the service is great…the only thing to mention is you have to be put in a call back line that can take days…pretty scary when you have a last minute problem…I think if the call system was faster, it would eliminate all the stress but when you finally do speak to someone, they sort it out and with such humanity 😊
