Jennifer worked quite hard to get the Hotel to credit us for our stay. Initially the hotel refused, but an email by myself about our membership of both the hotels loyalty and our loyalty to Luxury Escapes, with some help from Jennifer we received a LE credit. This will be used toward a much longer holiday in future by Luxury Escaspes.
