May I say what a fantastic customer service consultant Eric.C. is. He personally phoned me every day for one week to confirm our package. Thanks to Eric and Luxury holidays we have now booked for for our holiday. Eric went well above and beyond what was required and I cannot speak more highly of him he showed empathy and compassion.
