We had a Melbourne hotel package booked in 2021 but couldn’t use it due to Covid closures. LE extended it to 2022 but when we wanted to book, the package was sold out and due to expire soon after. After an email to LE, their customer service person Raph credited the full amount to our LE account for future use. We have had this done twice now, so we are looking forward to using the total amount soon, as we have had good experiences through LE over the past few years. PH, Turramurra
