After Covid caused cancellation of a New Zealand trip, and after four attempts to reach Luxury Escapes (both email and unbelievably long phone call attempts) I was finally contacted (after yet another long email) by Marcelle who was an absolute angel and solved our booking cancellation request in minutes. Well done that girl! I was getting very grumpy with LE and Marcelle has restored my faith in them.
Whilst I would rate their overall customer service as "Poor" taking over a month to respond, I have rated Marcelle as being "Excellent".
