We had booked two nights at Vivid Hotel in North Sydney. contracted Covid 19 and was unable to enjoy our nights away. So much looking forward to spending time in the city . Lachie who has contacted me several times made this progress so easy to having our nights on hold. Not losing our money or even a deposit makes me want to use Luxury Esxcapes again . Lachie do continue your customer service the way you treated me and customers will always feel great
