I caught covid two days before flying back to Perth for Easter. We postponed our flights a couple of months but couldn't change our accommodation because it was within 21 days notice period. I called Luxury Escapes but joined the long queue of Easter break enquirers (440 in front of me). I opted for LE to call me back, with the expectation set it would be the next day due to the sheer volume of enquiries. I received a call back from Raph the next day.
