Need to either extend the valid travel dates or cancel my trip that was postponed a few times because of travel restrictions. It did take a while for customer service to get back to me. But once they have assigned Korey to assist me, everything went smoothly and quickly and my trip was refunded for credit to use in the future. Will book with luxury escape again. Thanks Korey.
