The service was fabulous.
I was promised a call back on Sunday by
Marcelle C and first thing Sunday morning I was called back.
The technical issue was sorted out and my booking was remade without any hassle to me
I have booked a few trips with luxury escapes and this was my first issue with an error so I was unsure of what would happen.
